Agent K™ was introduced on December 23, 2023 as an agentic, AI agent concept for remodeling business in an enterprise digital transformation context, modeled after the connective ways of working of Jeremy Muratore, founder of ConstruKtion, LLC. The missing ingredient to AI agents and agentic solutions is i (intelligence), specifically Human Intelligence.
Over two plus years between 2024 and 2026, ConstruKtion ran the Human Intelligence campaign to raise awareness that HI is greater than AI (HI > AI). In 2026, they introduced the concept of hidden Human Intelligence (hHI) to signify that human intelligence isn’t always documented and is hiding in plain sight. In a business context, this relates to undocumented ways of working or institutional knowledge living within specific individuals.
As the BIG reveal at the end of the campaign, ConstruKtion added hHI to Agent K and it became AgentiK, synonymous with agentic, in the unique K-style of ConstruKtion. It is part of a number of words with the letter “C” in them that have had the “C” replaced with a “K” or an “AI” highlighted in the word to signify that the words take on a different meaning for AI and machines than they do for Humans and we need to context understand the difference. ConstruKtion has been working on something called the voKabulAIry which is a pseudo thesaurus for Humans, Data and Machines, beginning with Marketing and IT, called The Saurus™.
