What is a Pilot?
Pilots are provided by Construktion and are Omnichannel project leads, hand-picked to lead your Team through the Innovation work stream. Highly-skilled in subject matter expertise and capable of navigating cross-functional Team dynamics.
Our Pilots can also operate in a train the trainer environment, enabling a Team member to serve as a co-pilot across the Engagement so that they are prepared to fly solo on other Innovation work streams.

An Innovation project designed to pressure-test core Human, Data and Machine capabilities using a practical business use case that progresses the Organizational capability road map with a scalable solution.
These pre-defined solutions identify points of pass/fail across the Ecosystem and the Egosystem (Humans, Data and Machines) to clearly document success-limiting factors.

Prototype FAQs
How Long Are They? Typically 4-6+ months in length
How Are They Customized? Each prototype is customizable to your Org size, partner mix and technology stack. They are co-created with the Project sponsor(s)
What Does a Prototype Do? Each Prototype has been designed to solve Enterprise Innovation Team pain points that have stood in the way of achieving a best-in-class, data-driven Omnichannel Customer Experience (CX).
How Are They Scalable? A few ways. Part of the Prototype process includes redefining an Innovation Process Center of Excellence with repeatable and reusable elements in all future Innovation work streams. Once a Prototype is run in one area of the Org, it can typically be retrofit and run in other parts of the Org.
How many Team members are involved? Depending on your Team’s bandwidth, we typically connect with 5-25+ Team members over the course of the program to strengthen connectivity, improve communication and strengthen collaboration.
How Much Do They Cost? These are Enterprise-grade projects ($$$) with variable costs.
