- October – Construktion resumed operations after exiting a full-time role
- Developed the OmniTune™ , OmniBrand™ and OmniFolio™ Ecosystem audit framework for Humans, Data and Machines
- November
- Developed Agent K™ and wrote the story of what Agent K symbolizes, what his mission and values are, role and purpose, his capabilities in a business context and who they were applicable to – modeled after the ways of working Jeremy Muratore has operated for the past 25 years, as an authorized, autonomous Agent of Change (introduced as a professional headline for Jeremy Muratore on LinkedIn sometime prior to 2020). - Started to use K as capital K in construKtion, later popularized in the Jaguar re-brand, matching the K currently used in Social Media icons and favicons
- December 2023
- Introduced OmniTune on LinkedIn as Optimizing the Omnichannel Ecosystem for Humans and Machines.
- Announced Robert Volz & Stephen Marino as Affiliated Members via the Contruktion LinkedIn company page
- Introduced the story of who Agent K is and what capabilities Agent K had on LinkedIn.com: December 23, 2023

- June
- Operations paused due to a personal matter
- November
- Launched the Human Intelligence (HI)™ Campaign
- Designed HI-branded t-shirts and coasters (100% Human Authored), available for sale on Construktion.com/shop
- Authored “The NEW Meaning of HI” (story that later became a video) starting on November 21, later added it to YouTube as unlisted and published publicly in 2026
- Sponsored a Pharma CX Tech Conference and designed Egosystem shirts in support of Seth, with all proceeds committed to donations for Seth
- A one-of-a-kind business card design, applied to a card with NFC technology, ordered from www.vistaprint.com was given to attendees to scan using bluetooth technology as a faster, easier way to connect than the QR code. It was taken by an employee of a large Pharma company and to this day it has not been returned, hopefully by mistake… Eric. This is the OG, first Construktion business card. - Introduced attendees of the Tech Conference to HI, as the official soft-launch of the campaign, handing out leave-behind swag available for sale on construktion.com/shop for under $25 [note: the prices were increased in June 2026]
- The idea of ‘SP’s for Seth’ was introduced as designing limited edition t-shirts in honor of his contributions and show our continued support featuring Egosystem original artwork that Jeremy designed

Jeremy brings 25 years of progressive experience across marketing, technology, and analytics from working with companies of all shapes, sizes and maturity levels (B2B and B2C, Startup to Fortune 10, 10+ industries).
An omnichannel’ist, he works across an organization to help ensure programs are built strategically through connection and relevancy – focused on exceptional customer experience (CX) and performance outcomes.
With a track record of innovation, digital transformation and thought leadership, he helps solve for the complex with data-driven integrated solutions across the Enterprise.
Experience includes developing strategic roadmaps and integrated channel plans, defining measurement frameworks, orchestrating experiences, supporting launches, unifying systems and data sets, supporting the field, ideating purposeful uses of shiny objects, and ensuring all activity is aligned to deliver results.
Jeremy has led and been part of Global shared-services teams within matrixed Enterprise organizations (e.g., Business Systems Analysis, Corporate Marketing, Content Development, CRM, Customer Experience, Demand Gen, Digital Marketing Strategy, IT Business Partner, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Ops, Master Data Management, Media, Product Marketing, Paid & Organic Search, Social Media, Web Dev).
Having worked at five different agencies of the year (digital, healthcare, PR, promo, social) he brings industry-leading insight, and experience, lending a guiding hand in removing barriers preventing your brand and business from living up to its fullest potential.
Jeremy received a BA in Interpersonal Communication (1:1, small group) with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of Delaware.
